DIRECTOR OF RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
The Director of Residential Services is responsible for program development and management, as well as budgetary and fiscal accountability for a 28-bed residential treatment center for children, ages 3-13, with several emotional and/or behavioral disabilities.
Minimum qualifications: Master’s degree in social work or related field, 5+ years experience in human services administration, and 2+ yrs. institutional or residential group care experience.
CHILD WELFARE SPECIALISTS
Provide case management, assessment, service planning, and counseling to children and families served by our foster care program.
Minimum qualifications: B.S. in social work or related field and relevant child welfare internship required. Previous foster care experience strongly preferred. Must meet DCFS driver eligibility requirements and be willing and able to travel to homes of families in the service area. Must be willing and able to use one’s personal car for agency travel requirements.
THERAPEUTIC STABILIZATION WORKERS (PART-TIME)
Provide supervision, care, and treatment for children and adolescents in the Bloomington-Norma area with severe emotional and/or behavioral disabilities. After school, evening, and weekend hours.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience with children. Certification in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention strongly preferred. Must meet DCFS driver eligibility requirements and be willing and able to use one’s personal car to fulfill job responsibilities.
Final candidates must submit to a fingerprinted background check, physical examination, and TB test.
