YOUTH CARE WORKER

Allendale Association, a Child Welfare, Mental Health and Special Education facility, is seeking full time rotating second shift Mental Health Specialists to work actively with "at risk" children & adolescents within our Residential Units. Minimum Requirements: H.S. Diploma or GED w/1 year related child care experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field or 5 years of related experience; must have valid IL driver’s license w/good driving record. The Allendale Association , a Child Welfare, Mental Health and Special Education facility, seeks Mental Health Specialists to work Third shift (11:00p.m. to 9:00a.m.). Previous experience in a residential/educational setting preferred. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field or 5 years of equivalent experience. Per DCFS regulations, must be at least 21 years of age; have a good driver’s license w/good driving record.
