Training & eTracking Solutions, in partnership with the Child Care Association of Illinois, is excited to release a line of easily accessible online training courses for child and youth care professionals in Illinois!

Our entire course catalog is available to Child Care Association members for just $10 per person per course. The courses are also available to non-members for $15 per person per course.

In addition to providing exceptional training to child care workers in Illinois, a portion of the proceeds from every training course sold to agencies in Illinois goes directly back to the Child Care Association to help them continue to advocate for the improved care and treatment of children.

These courses include topics required for employees who work with children and provide the skills and knowledge needed to work in the child and youth care field.

Course titles include:

  • Approved Forms of Discipline and Behavior Management Techniques
  • Child Abuse
  • Establishing Appropriate Boundaries
  • HIPAA
  • Parenting Issues: Collaborating with Families and Supporting the Decision Making Process
  • Psychosocial Issues for Youth in Care
  • Role of the Child Care Worker
  • Setting Supervisory Limits
  • Suicide: Risk Assessment and Prevention

All courses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and are accessible from any web-enabled device.

No matter when you want to train, your course is ready for you!

We understand that child care workers have hectic schedules and aren't always available for training events that take place during the day. For this reason, we've created a training system that conforms to the individual schedules and needs of our users. Even if you can only devote short periods of time to training, our courses can be stopped and started at any time, allowing for a truly unique, user-driven experience.
