PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Arrowhead Ranch is seeking a Program Director for its residential facility serving troubled adolescents.  Founded in 1945, Arrowhead Ranch is renowned for a high level of success in treating behavior disorder adolescent within a Strength Based Peer environment. 

Successful candidate will coordinate program planning, supervise treatment staff, ensure program compliance with government body standards, participate in selection, evaluation, and development of staff, oversee a major annual fundraiser, and function as an integral member of Arrowhead’s management team. 

Requirements:  Masters Degree from an accredited college or university in human services related field and licensure also required background in group therapy, 3 to 5 years experience in adolescent treatment settings and supervisory experience.
