Clinical Supervisor: 

Located on a peaceful, rural campus, just south of Chicago, our client's mission is to change troubled lives through its cornerstone values of honesty, responsibility, courage, care, and concern. 

You will oversee a program for female ages 12 to 18 located in a facility with a full complement of professionals available for each youth.  The program addresses the specific issues faced by these female adolescents in the area of sexuality, chemical health, family relationships, and other behavioral conditions.  Treatments take place within a sage and respectful environment in which these young women learn to accept responsibility for their behavior, practice making healthier choices and therefore achieve growth and empowerment. 

Master's degree in a healthcare related field required.  License preferred but not required.  We are looking for someone creative, energetic, and can cast vision to their team.  Would like this person to have a passion for family work since we like to include families in the healing process.  You will be responsible for 2 direct reports and 20 FTEs in a 24 bed residential unit.
