Vice President of Residential Treatment

As part of the UCAN Senior Leadership Team, the Vice President of Residential Treatment, strategically develops, manages and evaluates residential treatment program services and staff to ensure that best practice standards are met in order to deliver services to clients that are quality, clinically appropriate, and culturally proficient.  This position reports directly to the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer and manages UCAN's residential treatment programs with an annual budget of over $7M and 100+ employees.  This position directly supervises 4 Program Directors and the Intake Coordinator.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

•Financial Management

•Strategic Planning and Program Development

•Managing Accountability and Compliance

•Developing and Supervising Employees

•External Networking/Advocacy/Marketing

•Internal Networking and Collaboration

•Developing, maintaining and monitoring a treatment and behavior management model that is consistent with the agency clinical philosophy and external requirements.

 

Candidate Requirements:

·                    MSW or MS/MA in a Human Service field required

·                    LCSW/LCPC or equivalent preferred

·                    7-10 years of related work experience required

·                    7-10 years of previous supervisory experience required

·                    5 plus years of senior management experience in related field preferred

·                    Strong Leadership skills required
